Can any one share some news / updates on the development of Orchard 4? I would appreciate if some latest pictures as well?

Hi,
I visited the site 2 weeks ago. Development work is going very well in G-1 and G-2 blocks. Road was being leveled with bulldozer. Currently there are no signs of development in all other sectors which have 10 marla plots. Own amount in G1 and G2 ranges from 5 lacs to 20 lacs but sellers are ready to reduce it since there are not much buyers in the market. Own amount in G3 and G4 blocks is around 2 lacs to 4 lacs. G5 and G6 either dont have any own, or it is in minus. For short term investment 1 kanal seems good option. 10 marla is long term because no actual development has started till now. |

Dear Sir,
Orchard phase 4 G1 and G2 blocks are totally on ground.development in G3 and G4 is in progress.these blocks are 70% developed.
