DHA Multan,

DHA Multan is coming down day by day, down from 50-51 to 46. Is it the right time to buy it or will i get some further discount on it in in the next year?
Expert opinion of worth forum members is highly appreciated.

All property Market is Down DHA is No exception, To My Assessment thing have not reached bottom Yet

Societies which are in land acquisition phase will be hit worse than those societies which are in relatively mature phase.
DHA Multan was comprised of 3 full and 6 partial villages. but i have seen evidence of DHA acquiring land in near by five more villages. Tahirpur, Gagra, Rasulpur, Lari and Kalran wala. So the size of DHA Multan is going to be much bigger than original planned. Big pockets of land is outstanding at Sangi, Raipur and Gareywahn.
Massive size for un-established and small market could be disastrous. Current downward movement is not yet over because worst still has to come due to political and economic turmoil. I would not wonder if DHA Multan slides to 40-42 bracket.

Multan might come drastically down ..The best time to sell was when it was 51 . Only Gate is developed , such a massive project . Roads , Sanitation , Sewerage still lots to be done. How can DHA Multan be balloted when DHA Peshawar and BWP are still unballoted and have been launched before DHA Multan. Best investment which is safe and secure is DHA Town especially C Block because it is getting populated and price hike of 6 to 7 lakhs in next 6 months is possible . Best plot is around 65 now . It would easily cross the 70 mark

Property is not to be considered like stock market and tracked daily, otherwise you will get heartache :-) Few lakhs up and down doesnt matter, even 10 lakh fall won't matter over 5 year horizon.

Over 5 years horizon, Multan has a better ROI than those entering Prism at moment, and with a lower investment cost. Enough said.

If Multan falls under 45 lakh, will become an even better buying opportunity.
