Dear Fellow Investors,

In my humble opinion,

1. Prism (non-posession) will see more correction until it gets comparable with Phase 7 (posession) and Phase 8 (posession) prices. Many people on this forum have already mentioned that Prism is already overpriced for non-developed property.

2. US Dollar is going to jump high (10% gain) before year end as IMF is also worried about Pakistan’s financial situation.

So, this is about time to invest in FX rather investing in real estate.

Best Approach: Get USD and sell at 10% gain and then buy real estate at lowest (and reasonable) rates next year.

What do you think? Your opinion and comments are highly appreciated.

Sounds like a good approach. Many society prices will not rise in next 6 months-9 months at least.

For those where development charges are still to be paid, it makes things even more difficult, as burden will be there while prices will not rise. So net loss.

I Think there is be no major Correction in Prices at least in Prism But Price will be stuck at low level for Long time. The Price Crash is triggered by High number of File Holders and Land owners, These factors are less than 10% in Prism at the Moment. The Investors who entered in Peak Price will regret.

Good thinking!
Another questions! How high plots can go? If someone say sky is the limit!
Then I would say move up there because can't afford it anymore. Only people who are buying these plots are investors! Remember investors don't build house to live.
