I am new to property market and I would like to know what does OWN mean.
For example, if a seller is giving me OWN of a plot in Bahria Orchard 4 for 2.5 lacs, what does it mean, and how much do I have to pay ( to the seller and to Bahria town).
Also, what are prospects of BT orchard 4?

own represent the premium owner is asking to sell his plot on top of booking price. you will have to pay total paid amount to Bahra plus the own amount to close the deal. |

Own is the profit amount, beside this you should have to pay the down payment and first two installments in orchard 4.Orchard 4 will be very good, if holding time is 3-4 years.
