1 kanal is below 50 now. So where will it stop. I think LRE should come up with an analysis of market recession in addition to promoting Gwadar |

Definitely it will go below 40; and may dip down to 35 as well if files r issued in recession era. One can remember that prism files were once sold at 14 lac a kanal as well. Dha multan and Gujranwala will face a big blow if they don’t announce ballot and map till the end next year because people will find a good alternative in the form of dha 10 at 35-40 |
