DHA Phase 8 Questions,

Dear Friends, I understand prices are under pressure in DHA and this is expected to continue for some time.
What affect you see on prices of Phase 8 in next 1-2 years?
Why some Blocks like S are at half the price to other blocks?
What would be a good entry point for buying one kanal plot from the point of view of making a house in Phase 8?
