Developemnt wise awt ph 2 not that par with Dha, but two posession plots 20 marla that right now not more than crore rs
On ground vs dha 9 prism who holds great future but non developed still good location kanal hard to find under crore and
Right now and facing correction, beside this Dha town on ground hardly can get will get
Two 5 marla on ground vs 20 marla, i think both holds same and you will just suffer transfer charges and taxes, i think best to wait for ring road and see some price hike catch awt ph 2 and let correction take place in prism and than see you can catch at least kanal at god location there |
