D74 is around 350_375 lacs with latest paid . 2 kanal units are scarce in Prism. Most important feature in Prism 2 kanal Plots is that these units are in close proximity to Golf course. There's no denying the fact that at present market seems to be slow but 2kanal buying is strongly recommended provided one has appropriate budget available
