Aoa, I would like to ask if Bahria Orchard Phase 1 is good buy at the moment? I am interested in 5 Marla plot and if I get the plot, then I am ready to wait for 5-6 years before selling plot. Also, if Orachrd is good society, then which block would you suggest? I am oversees and have not visited the society yet, but will definitely do before buying. Thanks.

Walaikum Aslaam Sir,
Orchard is good, Phase 1 had already reached to the maturity point, prefer Phase 4 plots, they will be good in next 3-4 years as development work will proceed.

Thanks a lot Mubeen. What would be price range for 5 marla and 10 marla plots in orchard phase 1 and phase 4? And as you suggested, phase 4 might be better but should I not prefer on-ground plots? |

Sir 5-Marla is in range of 35-41 Lacs and 10-Marla in 48-65 Lacs in Phase 1 of Orchard, while Phase 4 have different price ranges, average and good location have own started from 2 Lacs to 10 Lacs. For further details feel free to contact me.
