Yes, it will hover around 45-50, near balloting it will be 55-60, and after balloting depend upon the location of plot it will be 63,65-70 or more than that in best case scenario.

DHA Multan official website shows following important notice.

پلاٹ فائل کے نیچے ادائیگی کی ادائیگی کی آخری تاریخ 15 جولائی 2017 تھی، جس میں 30 ستمبر 2017 تک توسیع کی گئی تھی. 30 معتبر گاہکوں کو ان کی ادائیگی میں جمع نہیں کیا جاسکتا ہے، جو ڈی ایچ اے کے قواعد کے مطابق منسوخ کر دیا گیا ہے. تاہم، اگر 30 ستمبر 2017 سے پہلے ادائیگی کی وصولی کی ادائیگی کی گئی ہے تو، ڈی ایچ اے ملتان ان کے دعوے کا معزز احترام کرے گا.

Sir, this notice is for the down payment and installment date of balloted installment plots not of cash files.
