Is it advisable to invest in DHA Bahawalpur 10 Marla installment file? It has been noticed that own has significantly declined to less than Rs 100k?

Asslam a alaikum,
Better to invest in 1-Kanal Cash file, price difference is not much but gain expected on 1-Kanal cash would be much greater than 10-Marla Installment.
