Also howcome Corner plot price is 20lac more at same place.

LRE current value estimates are always a little less compared to the property they advertise for sale (similar location). This is their usual fashion. |

The price appears in ads is always a demanding value, not the exact one. Can anyone in market estimates the exact value at which the buyer in future agrees and deal proceeds ? So, there is always a negotiation. This is how market works.
