Guys
I have renounced the Pakistan Nationality and have the Pakistan Origin Card.
So i have property and now we have to register with FBR to sell/buy property in Pakistan.
How can we register with FBR with POC because all NICOP will expired.
Any suggestion, help and how someone sell/buy property with POC that would help big time.

Dear Sir,
If you possess POC you can sell property. Just like others can, only your you forfeit your right to vote that way.

Why You need to register Property in FBR even Pakistani nationals are not doing so, Still Pakistan is striving on Indirect taxation, You just need to pay Dues/Taxes and Levies Imposed at time of sale. However If you want to Convert in Foreign Currency and later transfer out of Country then you need to Consult some Ac or Accountant. To transfer money out of Pakistan is not easy unless you have transferred and have all money trail. I remember in 1990 I transferred small Amount of money for some exam fees there were so many legalities that I was fed Up.
