If you want to invest in Lahore and developed area than dha town is worth buy or hold now considering rates prevailing in other developed phases .plenty of room for growth there... In Phase 6 5 Marla in developed area D block 85 to 100 Lac depending on location. It is matter of time, as construction activity is full swing , dha town will touch close to it in next 2 years...
