Please explain corner plots in Prism? Are they more than 1 kanal? Is it better to buy normal one kanal corner plot or the one with odd cutting but extra land? and how to know the extra land?

Dear Sir,
One kanal corner of stranded dimension (50*90) normally can be 20 to 22 Marla.odd cutting plot can be a lot larger than 20 marla. But buying odd cutting corner, Dimension also matter a lot. We cant get dimension till possession to be awarded in future...Right now you can consider the plot on map only if front & depth seems closer to 50* 90 than can buy odd dimension to get extra land... You have to pay for extra land above 20 marla to DHA after possession...
