Ahmed sb. Dha did not spend multi crores on phase 5 underpass just to facilitate phase 5 M block only but mainly they built it to give passage to Prism 9 the ultra modern ever phase of Dha. Surely they have completed their homework on B block excl. Area because without it phase 5 to 9 connection is not possible. Hope it helps your question.

@advisor give the most valid answer above. furthermore heard from sources DHA Phase 9 Prism B block excluded area will have plots cutting next year or so...Land acquisition is in process there. DHA will allot plot with map in next mini ballot.. exact time frame not available for it.. Development started also in B block. Overhead tank under construction... all i can say that for now Lets wait and watch.
