Thank you for your reply, although it is not clear which areas you are referring to. I bought a prism plot in J block on the convincing of LRE earlier in the year, i have already lost 15% on the value of the plot, which is very frustrating. Therefore, I would not want to hear anything about prism, I have had enough of prism already with one purchase, it is over rated to the extreme, and will probably take at least 5 years to recover what I have already lost on my investment. I think the message that I get is to buy phase 7 without possession, possibly one kanal in lower cuttings. Please advise what we have available in better locations and what the budget is. thank you |
