Sir, all societies in surroundings of Ring Road Southern Loop will gain in the long run slowly and slowly.

I think the positive impact of ring road in terms of monetary one has already been catered in the prices and hence no further appreciable rise may not been seen.

Please remember that once you are asked to give an opinion if one knows only then he should give an unbiased opinion. Remember Allah is always watching. All societies which have direct excess will benefit. I think DHA is the safest BUT remember that please 9 has many excess /approach problems if they are solved even in10 years there is no match but not today. See for yourself
