What is included in grey structure exactly?
Cemented rough floors included?
Full plastering (inside and outside) included?
Underground water tank included?
Electrical wiring included?
Plumbing included?

Grey structure include:

complete building with outer & inner plasters,
cemented concrete floors (called Katcha) included
outer walls & main gate fixing included
upper water tank, ground water tank, sewerage tank included

electric work & materials are not included
Plumbing work & related materials are not included
