Dear Alvi, the construction cost of average home is around 2000 Rupees per square foot, covered area in 10 marla two storeys should at least be 3300 sq. feet, so construction cost should be around 6 million if you are careful. Good 10 marla plot in T block ready for construction should cost around 8 million, so total budget should be around 14 million, you could probably make a few compromises on construction quality and plot location and save may be 1 million, still minimum 13 million. So yes if you can sell your plots for that kind of money, it is doable. Problem might be finding buyers that are virtually non existent at the moment. Good luck. |
