Please give your opinion about what will be the priority in terms of preference among:
DHA Phase 9 Prism 5 Marla Plot
DHA Phase 8 Ivy Green (please mention the block for 5 marla)
DHA Phase 9 town E Block 5 marla
According to my understanding, prices are almost same so which one should be preferred for short and long term?

Prices in E Block of DHA 9 Town must be minimum 05 Lacs more as compared to Prisim and IVY but it seems that due to possession there are chances to get populated earlier or in case of contractor and builder enter to resale construed houses so prices are likely to be appreciated. |
