hello everyone, i am oversees pakistani and looking to invest in lahore. my budget is around 6 million PKR, looking at affidavit price which ranges from 5.1-5.3 millioin(10 marla) i cant understand the rough location of these files as i know block S, R and some more are developed plots and at a much higher price. can someone please explain this for me thank you
