Some plots in Phase 8 still does not have possession. DhA office does not have any proper explanation. Can anyone explain whats going on??

Dear Sir,
There is possibility due to litigation issues those specific plot not in Possession list for house construction yet. perhaps DHA don't have time frame for possession therefore all you need to wait.....
