one of my relative sold phase 9 - 1 K plot for 96 lacs.
today 1 kanal file is for 72 lacs..... add 20 lacs dev charges.... then plot price becomes 92 lacs.....
prices are low .... or was his plot location so bad ... ? i could not know his sector or plot number

well plot location matters indeed, if it was anywhere near graveyard or village or at the very back of block than it could be in 90s. |
