Hi LRE, I was noticing that V block plots are so much cheaper than W block plots in phase 7 whereas they are both right next to the golf course as well as each other, at least on the map. Can you please explain why so much difference in price?

There is a village chak dheera near V block even it covers some of the land of V block while W block land is clear and labelled.that is the reason of price difference. |

I myself own a plot in V block and unable to build a house due to this village.
Why: Jageerdarni of this village is settling issues with DHA, She is very tough lady and DHA seems helpless even in the courts.
She has no plan yet to settle,
I went to DHA office to get clear picture.
Mine plot is clear but sewerage cannot be done due to this dispute, says DHA.
