Nfc2 VS Sui Gas 2 VS DHA 9,

Sir what you will recommend for investment for next 2 years in a budget of 65 lac to 70 lac

1.nfc phase 2 (1kanal)
2.sui gas phase 2 (1 kanal)
3.dha prism 9 (10 marla)
4.Which will gain more in next 2 years.
5.What will be the approx prices of plots in next 2 year comparing nfc2 and sui gas 2 or dha 9 prism.
6.Any other better recommendation then these options in lahore.

I think Gains will be similar, all properties gain in relation to each other. Please see the on Ground Development of NFC 2 if really there is good progress then it will be be better in 2,3 Time scale, IF No development then you may look for Sui gas 2 or Prism, Sui gas 2 is already developed but there is no Possession due to Lack of electric Connection. Prism will not take shape in 2 years may be in 4 to 5 years.

How much gain is expected in nfc2 and sui gas
Considering investment of 60 lac
How much will be the plot value after 2 years.

Dear Investment lhr,

NFC2 will gain aswell, but already been much in last 1 yr time. Moreover, its still undeveloped, which will take atleast 5 yrs.

No doubt in 10 yrs time, NFC2 will have better impact. but for 2 3 yrs, Sui gas 2 will response better.

Thanks Kaf for your valuable feedback i am also calculating that nfc2 have gained a lot in past 6 months and now it will be stable for next 6 months to 1 years as in next 3 months ramzan is also coming moreover political situation is still there so it will definitely create impact on property
