Hi i want to know from experts
1.Is it right time to invest in prism 9 or should i want?
2.Which block of prism is under priced as compare to other blocks?
3.Any other better option than dha 9 prism is so then mention?
4.How much time will dha 9 require to develop its almost 2 years and only main road are marked and few inner roads it seems that it will take long long time to develop?

Can I buy a plot without being present in Lahore / Pakistan?
