Dear Gents
One of the Agent in DUBAI is not returning my money (around 10,000AED). I have all the proof of communication via Whatsapp and I am living in Saudi. Is there any e-portal or forum to launch official complaint against such case.

You have not mentioned what type of "agent". For what purpose you gave him money ? If you have invoice, you can complain in Economic develop department of the concerned Emirate. |

This agent is from real estate and he collected the rent of one unit on my behalf |

I hope you were dealing with a agent registered with RERA.You should always ask the agent that tenant must make the cheque on your name, not on the name of agent, otherwise there are too many frauds here. |
