I have a budget of around 30 million. I am shortlisting options for investment in dha over 3 years time frame. can you recommend best option with best and secure gains

dha rahbar ph2 commercial file is good option now a days, as the ballot is expected in few weeks
it will give 10-20 % minimum gain immediately, as per location

balance amount you can put in dha9 Prism one kanal plot or file
