I want to know from experts that how much appreciation is estimated in Prism 9 for next 3 year time frame.
Suppose i invest Rs 70 to 90 lac in dha 9 prism then what will be the expected gain after 3 years.
Moreover i need your suggestion
10 Marla 1 plot in DHA 9 or i should go for 5 marla 2 plots in prism which is best possible for investment point of view and how much gain is expected in 3 years.

dear sir Prism development is going on with good pace, possession of upper blocks likely to start in 2 years max
instead of 5-10 marlas, you can buy a one kanal file in Prism in the budget
