I have recently visited askari 10 sector F flats at very very prime location just co located with airport. it is 3 bed with 2600 sq ft in 10 marla and ground floor. total there are 7 stories. the construction is as per intl standards and earthquake proof unlike old askari houses. rental income is likely to be 55000. the owner demand is 18000000. please give your opinion. thanks
