Could you please let me know if this satellite is free. I tried google maps and multiple other links but could not see update images of dha multan.

Hi Abdul,
Images are from Landsat as well as sentinel and this is provided free. Almost every five days it covers whole earth. but it require some skill to make them view-able because raw imagery is recorded in JPG4. It requires combining of various images recorded by satellite censors. Hope you can google it.
