Initially state life phase 2 had plots of 1 kana, 10 marla & 5marla but now in the LRE site there are price update as of 14 marla, 7 marla and 3.5 marla: please intimate comprehensively the latest development by the society on the basis of which reduced sizes of plots have been quoted by LRE. I also have a question from LRE regarding to State Life 2. I remember that 2 or 3 years back all 1 Kanal plots were converted to 14 Marlas, 10 Marlas converted to 7 Marlas due to less land they have in their possession. I also remember that some plot holders had accepted this offer but many refused and they were insisted for the 1 Kanal only and rejected the offer of 14 marlas.
Since LRE now started posting the rates of 14 Marlas instead of 1 Kanal; do we assume that it is final now and there are no more 1 Kanal but 14 marlas only? Is that official and can LRE confirmed?
