This evaluation seems an under estimation. The video posted by CMY above shows great progrss in dha town. His recommendation is to buy plots in this project. The price of 5 marla in adjacent phase 6 according to him is touching 90 lacs mark. Still thefe is lot of room for growth in dha town in the next few months and years. |
