Dear all,

I have a 5 marls plot in Prism with 9 paid. What would be the current worth for this plot. Can I expect any price hike in coming two three years or better get rid of it. I am thinking to sell Prism plot, add some money and buy a eight marla house in Bahria Lahore, with two units and put them on rent. At least shall be getting around 45K per month.

Please advise.
