Want to buy a constructed house,

Hi All,

I am interested in buying a constructed house, should be a new construction around 7 - 10 marla area.
I have heard that in Bahria, lot of builders are constructing and selling houses but you cant guarantee material used, specially the hidden one used in grey structure. DHA also keeps selling constructed houses / apartments like Askaris, never know if any scheme is underway or about availability ! Please suggest what would be a better choice for me. And also tell about the availability and cost. Is there any scheme where I can get it on easy installments.

My budget range is around 1 - 1.2
