Correct 5 Merla Plot will sell in 50 and Kanal will sell in 40, Just Joking.
But based upon Govt Regulations we have seen Deviation of Public preference, Like Low CC Cars, Previous preference of Diesel Cars on Petrol Cars.

Government has already taxed to the max all other sectors like petroleum, telecom, salary, industry, auto through direct and indirect taxes. Property is the most lucrative sector with close to 1 trillion invested each year. The ruling elite want a share from it. So be prepared, the days of insane increase in property prices are over

Better to discuss these matters when the law is passed. Its all conjecture right now.
