What would be the effect of a new southern Panjab province ( if established ) on the files of dha multan and dha bahawlpur; comments please.

If this would happen than certainly prices shoot up in Overall property of Southern Punjab because of seperate budget, NFC Award and 18th amendment of constitution. Most likely Bahawalpur would be the Capital. |
