The present decline in the prices of dha multan & bahawlpur may be attributed to the coming elections; most of the political personalities of theses areas are landlords and may have quite big shares of files in theses societies; the trend may continue till elections and afterwards the prices would reach the present ones. This is just a thinking, someone may or may not agree; the thinking is based on the ground realities that other fundamentals of all Dhas are same and prices are almost stable and there is no negativity attached with both of theses dhas.
