I have not seen s block plot but your prism plot is very odd shaped. I think you will not find a buyer for this kind of plot in even 105 lacs range with civil update. Better to dispose off. |

Seen your both plots on map. Regarding phase 8 S- 695 or 733. Although its corner but location is week due to JV BOT side facing your plot for 200 kanal while S- 695 is also facing school secondly very deep in phase 8 S block.
Now comes to Prism Q block 497 or 498 although its not properly 50*90 plot but if we draw a line seems like you got extra land is an advantage to hold for your house. If you planned make your home location wise prism is much better than phase 8 as well as facing park & near to theme park. I think you should hold PRISM plot if you want to make your dream house.
In shaa ALLAH PRISM will gain more in future. |
