Pl explain why there is a difference of 8 just lakhs between 10 M and 1 K file in case of DHA Multan whereas difference in 10 M and 1 K file of DHA Gwa is almost 15 lakhs. Thx

I might be wrong but its because of over supply of 1 kanal affidavit file in multan. as dha is still buying land in multan and issuing 1 kanal affidavit.. where 10 marla is small in no. and associated /available with only one mail dealer based in multan.
cannot comment on dha gujrawala. but seeing the price and trend of 10 marla and 1 kanal in dha prism one can say that price difference on 15 lacs is normal.
where as price difference of 8-9 lacs make no sense at the moment . its far better to buy 1 kanal dha multan at 46 instead of 10 marla at 37. even buying dha multan 1 kanal phase 1 ext. at 31-32 is better buy than 10 marla phase 1 in a longer run. |
