Supreme Court has ordered an enquiry into Bahria town Karachi and muree land allotment and has given a stay order on further construction.Bahria town projects will suffer miserably now as supreme cour has also ordered NAB to investigate into the wrong doings of Bahria town.Things don’t look good for Bahria town now

Dear lre and other respectable members please inform me about the fine on late submission of develooment charges. For instance i pay my due installment 6 months later. What is the method of calculating it??????? |

SC barred only to develop new project - There is no stay order on development/ construction of existing project. For existing projects, SC directed BTK to re-purchase the land on revised rates for which new mechanism will be developed and NAB reference against those who were involved in selling land to BTK at cheap rates |
