I am probably going to ask the worst question in current property scenario. I understand Property business is down to earth; does anyone has any update on State Life Phase 2 which is dead society since it has launched over a decade????

Dear Sir,
State Life management has only way to forward to convert 1-kanal plot of state life phase 2 into 10 Marla to be developed actually. They dont have desired in hand to developed phase 2 as planned. Initially they did convert around 630 plots into ten Marla as State Life phase 1 Extension. when they will do for remaining ones. Plz contact Saeed Rafique For Latest Update +923224333661

We should launch a massive compaign of protest against state life management so that they mend their corrupt minded attitude nd do the right decisions in favour of members.

So, if you own a 1-kanal file of State Life Phase II, you will get a 14-marla plot, possession of which, as committed by the AGM member, will be handed over after two years. And if that’s not what you want, you have the option to surrender 4 marlas and get a 10-marla plot, possession for which will be given in about one year.
