Aoa I have a 5 marla plot in B block DHA town which has a value of around 6 million. If I sell it obviously a non filer can buy it what I want to know is that if I construct a house on it will a non filer still be able to buy it. As per the new finance bill (now approved by the assembly) non filers cannot buy any property worth more than 5 million. It means plots and houses and commercial , basically everything |
