expected with possession of M N P blocks . hopefully in jul.you can assume that if facing defence road they will double of current price and if closer to main gate on main blvd then 50 - 75 percent increase on current rates

I think we should be more realistic. The days of overnight doubling are over. It will give a good return but not like doubling. Remember non filers cannot buy property above 5 million. This is commercial so way over 5 million.

Those days are over, expect 10 to 20% increment in value at most. Unless you get the utmost prime location in the ballot.

should we say than the commercial investments days are over? i doubt. if prism and phase 8 are over priced , why not rahber at prime location if balloted

Well market is set by the availability of liquidity and credit.
The biggest players in the market had been circulating money around Pakistan/abroad and making huge gains but most of the growth was not sustainable. As investors with Billions have pulled out seeking safer investments and returns, it is poor suckers who will be sucked into making investments and will lose out in the short term although not in the long term if you can hold for 5 or so years.
Phase 8 is not overpriced, Prism is twice the value it should be.
