When will the residential Multan allocatinn file will be balloted ,been 2 years since I purchased How much gain is expected after balloting,whenever that happens.....??

Thelma you seem to be a new to real estate and especially to dha they have been very unrealistic with the ballots let me give you a example i bought 2 files of dha 9 now named prism in 2004 at 43 lacs and the same went to almost 13 lacs in 2012 and most interating tjat it balloted in may 2015. So its upto dha and their intentions.... you never know how long dha takes to do ballot |

Saleem sahib is correct - dha is usually a long game, always look to invest for 5 year or more. |
