Membership Fee,

Dear LRE,
I am selling my 10M plot in DHA Multan. I initially paid down payment with membership fee (64,000). Now the new buyer will pay his own membership fee separately? Will the new buyer obliged to pay back my membership fee with the total amount+profit ? If no, then shall I consider my membership fee as loss?

Kindly advise the routine practice. Thanks.
