Both if 2 kanal will be around 350 to 370 lacs but in this market you will be not able to find a buyer in 300 lacs even.

If it can be sold aroumd 370 nothing like it. Sell and purchase 4 marla phase 8 shivpura file remaining invest in phase 7 Pand R block good locations plot. After 2 years sell these and buy again in prism....
