Wah bhai wah. Plot near graveyard going at such high price. While Other guy asking you price in Block-B (plot no. 154) was quoted Rs. 68 lacs.
I think it is either your buddy's plot in Block-C. Very unprofessional and illogical price quote by LRE. |

I think the above quoted price is not from LRE team member. IMO it should be around 60 to 62lacs. |

Provide if there is any buyer in this current market situation. The buyer seller ratio is probably 1:10 these days. So a v bad time to sell. |
