Aoa I want to ask what is the speculation for dha town for the next one year? Up down or same prices? I m asking because it has been very tricky in the past. Prices remained stagnant for too long. Now as fbr new rules small plots do have an edge what is the expectation?

I think the prices are going to go up. Average plot price is expected to be PKR 8 million, considering 5 Marla plot in phase 6 is around 10 million and these plots have village at the back (new cutting is not connected to DHA that’s why prices are low there).
9 town is connected to Prism and houses are being built at a brisk pace, prices are going to go up. |
